• Choral-only rehearsals are on Tuesday evenings typically from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Phil & Choir Combined Rehearsal

• Choir and Philharmonic will have a combined rehearsal scheduled on Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. just before the production run.

  • Arise - “Ignite the Praise” - June 11, 2025

Soloists, Phil, & Choir Combined Rehearsal

• All performers: Soloists, Choir, and Philharmonic will combine for two technical/run-through rehearsals scheduled on the Wednesdays before the production week from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

  • Soloists must arrive 15 minutes early to be fitted with microphones.

  • Arise - “Ignite the Praise” - June 18 & 25, 2025

Soloist Mic Check

• Soloists must come early to the production venue for an extensive mic check.

  • Saturday, June 28, 2025 - 3:15 p.m.

Mandatory Tech Rehearsal

• It is held during the early afternoon of the first performance day.

  • Choir & Phil call time, 3:30 p.m. in concert dress.

  • Technical Rehearsal, 4:00 p.m.

  • Dinner break, 5:45 - 6:30 p.m. - Bring your own

  • Prayer Meeting, 6:40 p.m. - Centennial

  • Performance, 7 p.m.

    • Concert Length - 90 minutes + intermission

• Arise - “Ignite the Praise” - Sunday, June 29, 2025

  • Soloists Mic Checks, 1:30 p.m.

  • Soloists, Choir, & Phil call time for spot checks, 2:00 p.m. in concert dress.

  • Matinee Performance, 3:00 p.m.

    • Concert Length - 90 minutes + intermission

  • Dinner break, 4:45 - 5:30 p.m. - Dinner provided - Centennial

  • Prayer Meeting, 5:40 p.m. - Centennial

  • Evening Performance, 7:00 p.m.

    • Concert Length - 90 minutes + intermission

  • Strike the stage, 8:45 p.m.
